Perry Brown, Senior Vice President of WATG, offers over 30 years of multidisciplinary design experience. Perry has directed numerous urban and resort projects around the world, leading the design of several high-profile global efforts including the famed Atlantis Paradise Island Resort and Casino in the Bahamas and the renovation of the iconic WaterTower Place in Chicago. Perry believes in a holistic design approach utilizing all of WATG’s design disciplines to the benefit of the clients, project and the overall guest experience.
Perry is a Senior Vice President within our Irvine, California office and is a licensed architect in the United States. He has had the honor of working in several of WATG’s offices abroad which gives him a global perspective. He is equally adept at working across global marketplaces and currently is working on resort and urban projects in China, Asia, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, North Africa as well as North America.
He is Senior Leader-in-Charge of the Lisboa Palace project located in Macau China, a Cotai development that is comprised of three luxury hotels and approximately 27,000 square meters of gaming facilities, 34,000 square meters of retail shops, and 36,000 square meters of restaurants and entertainment.
In addition, Perry is directing the design and planning of an urban luxury hotel and residences in Egypt, a boutique luxury hotel and conference center destination in China, as well as a 30,000 hectare hunting, shooting and ski resort destination in Inner Mongolia.
