Gregory Villegas, Vice President and Director of Construction & Full Services, brings to the team over 30 years of experience in hospitality, leisure and residential projects.
He joined WATG in 1997 and has extensive experience in the architectural and construction field with a specialization in project management, coordination, and as a Senior Project Architect.
Gregory currently leads WATG’s Full Services Studio as Director of Construction. He has been responsible for the management of many large projects, from conception through completion; some of which have included the Mohegan Sun Project Horizon Phase Three; Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort and Spa in California; the Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village Wellness Center and Spa in California.
Gregory’s expertise includes a rapport with clients, consultants, contractors and public agencies; managing the review and observation of the administration of construction contracts (including field observation); and project manuals, bidding requirements and specifications.
His most recent efforts include the project management of the Cotai Mixed Use Entertainment Project in Macau, China; Ko’Olina Resort in Hawaii; the Huntington Beach Hilton Expansion, California; Pasea Hotel & Spa in Huntington Beach, Lido House Hotel in Newport Beach, U.S. Bank tower Conceptual Feasibilty in Los Angeles, among several other projects under construction in China.
