CHALLENGE The challenge was to design a variety of unique residential villas that would provide comfort and luxury -- setting a new standard for resort living in the United Arab Emirates.
SOLUTION Villas were designed to introduce the innovations of Western lifestyles to Dubai and the region. The architectural character reflects regional and traditional forms, while the detailing evokes local influences.
SIZE Phase 1: 400 acres 400 residential units ranging in size from 15,000 to 40,000 square feet Phase 2: An additional 3,000 units are planned for phase 2
AMENITIES 18-hole championship golf course; golf clubhouse; golf academy; schools; mosques; civic and commercial office buildings
