	10/21/2009 - Vietnam Firm Starts Building Tourism Complex in Central Province Vietnam Business Forum Binh Tien Tourism and Investment Joint Stock Company began to build a five-star tourism complex in Vietnams central province of Ninh Thuan on Oct 17. In the first phase, the investor will pour VND2.5 trillion (US$140 million) into the project. U.S.-based WATG, the Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) and Intercontinental Hotels will join hands in the construction. The project is slated for completion in 2012. All dining options will be located directly on the beach, and an innovative "Inspiration Space" has been conceived as an iconic tower with 360-degree views to allow guests a quiet and reflective area for contemplation.
