CHALLENGE The challenge was to create a business orientated hotel along the edge of the existing Robert Trent designed Royal Golf Dar Es Salam golf course without imposing its presence on the golf experience.
SOLUTION The solution was to respond sensitivity to the location with two and three-storey guestrooms carefully shielded from the golf course and to provide framed picturesque views. The architectural design seeks to create a harmony between the contemporary and traditional Moroccan architecture. Immaculate courtyards and walled gardens provide tranquil pockets for reflection and privacy.
