The inspiration in the architectural design details and concept was inspired by the local fishing villages of Madeira, a beautiful country Quinta, and the magnificent gardens you find in Portugal.
The master plan looked at how a village naturally evolves from its architectural origins and how it organically grows over time. The result is a resort that is authentic and visually stunning as if the designed village existed and developed over many years.
