The plan was sensitively crafted to connect various social and economic strata’s, sensitively interweaving the built and natural environment. Project zones were planned to support growth and market demands with a goal of creating strong centers and unique identities.

The project team addressed urban issues such as open space, landscape, roadway networks, mass transit, sustainability, zoning and density, conceptualizing a variety of key buildings to help support the vision.

Each city zone was designed with a goal of creating strong centers and unique identities. In this way the team demonstrated their understanding of how design can profoundly affect communities and shape the human experience.
