Distinct contemporary architecture brings heightened luxury to an idyllic yachting community
Regent Pool Club Residences is a luxury residential development within Porto Montenegro, Tivat, Montenegro, completed in 2014, designed by WATG across architecture and landscape architecture. Part of the wider 28-hectare Porto Montenegro mixed-use waterfront district, the development delivers 750 new luxury units across three residential buildings arranged around a tiered infinity pool flanked by palms. The architecture blends Montenegrin vernacular references — red pantile roofs, local stone, horizontal lines — with a contemporary façade treatment informed by Miami Art Deco. Regent Porto Montenegro received 1 Michelin Key in 2025.

Capturing the character of Kotor and the landscape, the design taps into the atmosphere and lifestyle of the area. Large balconies and terraces connect the indoor and outdoor experience, while glazed walls bring refracted sunlight to the interiors.
The contemporary façade styling brings a fresh and modern look, while residents enjoy tranquil plunge pools, floating terraces and stunning panoramic views over the sea.
With echoes to the Miami Art-Deco design scene, the tiered infinity pool’s deck is lined with palms creating a center stage and a connection between the three residential buildings. The result is a deep feeling of exclusivity and luxury.
Residences whose design is inspired by history, rooted in the Montenegrin vernacular, and given a modern day glamour that is sleek and elegant. Horizontal lines complimented by red pantile roofs, local stone, and classical motifs.
