The plan organises 102 hotel keys, 108 villas, and 22 apartment buildings across a hillside site overlooking the Aegean Sea, cascading guestrooms and public spaces naturally down the terrain to minimise visual impact while maximising views. The resort was awarded 1 Michelin Key in 2025.
