Four Seasons Anguilla Resort & Residences

The challenge was to create a luxury residential resort property along the idyllic locales of Barnes Bay and Meads Bay. The design had to infuse modern hospitality with Caribbean warmth and sophisticated luxury, offering innovative and stylish accommodations.

Architectural Approach
WATG’s approach was to maximize the oceanfront site by hugging every rocky cliff top and stretch of sandy beach. The architecture brings all guests as close to the sea as possible, creating a variety of guest outlook opportunities.

Accommodations
The design features provocative one and two-bedroom bluff-top resort residences located at the resort’s center. These residences offer sweeping views of the bay’s white sand beaches. Low-rise beachfront resort residences showcase the stunning vistas of Meads Bay, while freestanding bluff-top and beachfront villas overlook Barnes Bay and the expansive ocean beyond.

Amenities
The resort is replete with luxury amenities including a restaurant and lounge, fine dining, a world-class spa with outdoor treatment rooms, meeting rooms, and a fitness center. The sports courts, tennis courts, two swimming pools, an infinity pool, private heated plunge pools, and a beach pavilion round out the list of premium offerings.
