Inspired by the Italian art of socialising, Spuntino at Four Seasons Resort & Residences at The Pearl, Doha channels espresso culture, a vibrant pantry of produce, and the ritual of aperitivo. Wimberly F&B brings the narrative to life through regional materials and understated cues that evoke the spirit of Italy with confidence and restraint.

Rooted in the spirit of Southern Italian palazzi, the space is a layered journey of materiality, craft, and daily ritual. Italian marble and travertine set a timeless foundation, paired with aged metalwork  and hand-worked glass that celebrate Italian artisanal heritage.

Designed to evolve from morning through night, the experience unfolds as a sequence of vibrant moments: a lively café and retail hub as a morning meeting point, an interactive dining room for long, convivial lunches, an aperitivo bar that comes alive in the evening, and an outdoor terrace that blurs the line between place and atmosphere.

The art direction draws from the Southern Italian coast, sun-washed tones, sketching, and craft, while open kitchens put technique and energy on display, creating a complete Italian experience that feels dynamic, social, and unmistakably alive.

Custom banquettes and varied seating support both communal and private dining, while contemporary furniture draws from classic Italian forms. The bar acts as an experiential feature, celebrating aperitivo culture through a focal back bar and crafted detailing. Curated decorative accents add depth and character, and the overall design balances approachability and polish in alignment with Four Seasons’ luxury standards, creating a space that is both distinctive and seamlessly integrated.
