Azizi Venice Residences

Located in Dubai South, the city’s most expansive singular urban master development, Azizi Venice Residences will become a part of a smart and futuristic metropolis that promises entirely new and elevated standard of living. An exercise in balancing urban vigour and natural serenity, WATG Singapore’s Architecture team sought to harness the energy of the city in creating a culturally driven waterfront residential community that emanates exclusivity. The vision is to enrich lives through delivering distinct lifestyle offerings within a high quality community to cement it as the place to live in Dubai.

Three drivers were defined to guide the design:

• Community: Connected communities for residents to thrive
• Diversity: A diverse backdrop of amenities to enhance the rich fabric of a vibrant community
• Identity: Unique tapestry of buildings and spaces as the identity of the lifestyle driven development

A vibrant ecosystem of amenities and lifestyle programming is conceived to imbue the property with its distinct character while ensuring it stands out in the marketplace. The amenity-rich approach aims to maximize resident engagement, offer unparalleled convenience, and cultivate a strong sense of community through meaningful social interactions.

• The Square – The beating heart of the community that invites and brings people together, enlivened by arts, installations, events and performances
• The Gallery – A dynamic venue that enriches through art showcase from both local and international artists
• The Lanes – A curated host of retail stores from familiar brands to emerging and independent retailers
• Water Gardens – Just moments away from The Lanes, Water Gardens offer private amenities for residents such as a gym and a pool with direct access from residential units.
• Wellness Deck – A serene space where fitness meets wellness for achieving a holistic healthier way of life

• Active Community – Comprising the community pool, a gym surrounded by lush greenery and a landscaped deck for activities, designed to support an active lifestyle

Succinctly expressed through clean and bold lines, the residential towers are composed of a series of volumes that blends lightness with solidity and privacy with openness. The linearity in form conveys a balanced and proportionate presence that sits lightly yet confidently amid its surroundings while the simplicity of the refined material palette contributes to a contemporary and exclusive aesthetic.

The residential units reflect a rich diversity, offering from Studio units, ground floor patio units suitable for families with direct pool access, to top-of-the-line Duplexes with impressive floor-to-ceiling views outwards, some of which to the Opera House. Each unit is thoughtfully designed to accommodate a range of lifestyles and preferences to ensure a home that resonates with residences’ unique identity, all within a community that celebrates cultural richness and diversity.

The Landmark
