Set within the city on a main promenade in a forested park, both urban and natural elements were incorporated in the design
Monte Mulini is a 120-guestroom hotel with 19 luxury suites on the main promenade of Rovinj, Croatia, designed by WATG across Architecture + Design Consultancy, Master Planning, and Wimberly Interiors studios. Set within a forested park on a promontory above the Adriatic Sea with a nature reserve across the bay, the design integrates both urban and natural elements, using sustainable design features and locally sourced natural materials to ground the contemporary architecture in its coastal Croatian setting.
