Mitsis Norida Beach

The design for Mitsis Norida Beach restaurants: Big Blue, Smokey Grill and the Asian restaurant blends contemporary elegance with Aegean charm. Soft coastal tones and sculptural forms connect the interiors to the natural beauty of Kos.

The restaurants are distinct destinations within the resort, each offering a unique experience. From ambience to menu, each venue tells its own story, inviting guests to explore diverse culinary experiences throughout their stay, with something new to discover each time they return.

Mitsis Rinela Beach celebrates Crete’s rugged landscape and vibrant spirit through a fusion of modern design and natural materials.

The Italian restaurant and steakhouse with an outdoor terrace offers a refined dining experience with elegant details and a warm ambiance. Transitions between indoor and outdoor spaces invite guests to embrace the island’s scenery, blending contemporary luxury with an authentic sense of place.

Each space offers its own narrative, atmosphere, and culinary identity. The variety of dining experiences allows guests to discover something new throughout their stay. Every element reflects the beauty of Greece, with bespoke furniture made by local artisans and collaborations with Greek suppliers ensuring authenticity. The result is a vibrant yet escapist setting, seen through the inviting lens of a summer in Crete.

Mitsis Summer Palace

Through our long-standing partnership with the Mitsis Group, the Mitsis Summer Palace project contributes to the ongoing transformation and elevation of the brand’s F&B portfolio.

Our approach for each of the restaurants at Summer Palace: The Med, Den and Dusk, are conceived as more than a place to dine; they are each an immersive experience that celebrate both their location and rich, vibrant flavours. They are defined by bold, playful details and a confident design language. There is an underlying sense of escapism throughout, a promise of stepping away from the everyday into something distinctly Greek.

A harmonious combination of natural materials, soothing colors, and furnishings that foster a connection to the local culture. The Med is located adjacent to the pool with uninterrupted views along the Aegean coastline, playing with this colour inspiration. Den is tactile and natural with signature BBQ tables for family style dining by the beach, in contrast to Dusk, an adult focussed sunset Nikkei concept at the highest point of the site.

Bespoke furniture crafted by local artisans and close collaboration with Greek material and fabric suppliers ensure authenticity and craftsmanship, grounding the contemporary design in tradition and place.

Mitsis Faliraki

Pulsing with energy, Club 8 at Mitsis Faliraki is a vibrant reflection of the town’s lively spirit.

At the heart of this dynamic space lies a striking 50m central swimming pool, inviting guests to dive into relaxation and fun. Bold turquoise and pink hues dance across the space, while sculptural forms and textures echo the surrounding brutalist architecture, especially the feature screen behind the bar and the mesmerizing, glazed 3D wall.

The open-air restaurant integrates with the landscape, with a majestic olive tree at its core, offering a serene contrast to the playful atmosphere. As guests flow from the bar to the dining area, they catch glimpses of the culinary action, where chefs craft their masterpieces just behind the scenes, adding a touch of spectacle to the experience.
