It’s no secret that the pandemic boosted outdoor travel and the North American ski industry is reaping the benefits. Skier visits to U.S. resorts totaled 59 million for the winter 2021 season – the fifth best on record.
Having more than 75 years of experience designing hospitality and travel destinations around the world, our design approach for mountain resorts has its own special blueprint.
In this paper, we share insights into the benefits of a bespoke design approach and share our trend predictions for mountain resort destinations.
