With more than 30 years of experience in planning and architecture, both in the UK and overseas, Jeremy has a wide-ranging background in design and project management. His highly creative design expertise includes hotels, entertainment and leisure resort facilities and residential developments.
Jeremy has been with WATG since 1992 and has designed and directed an extensive portfolio of completed projects. He was the senior project architect for the $65 million refurbishment of Claridge’s Hotel in London, and led the multi-disciplinary team on this complex project which remained open. Jeremy’s work on the Legoland Windsor project was notable for his creative design ability and effective team leadership through the design development phase of this multi-package construction management project.
Jeremy was WATG’s design director for the Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi. This prestigious project is vast in scope with a beachside elevation of over two kilometers and more than 270,000 square meters in built area, and has become a major civic landmark for the region. This has lead to many commissions for civic projects including private palaces & mosques.
Jeremy’s most recent design efforts include the Kempinski Chernomoritz in Sochi and the recently opened luxurious Hotel Monte Mulini in Croatia. Jeremy has led a team of designers to undertake all elements of these resorts including architecture, landscape design and interior design. Jeremy was elected onto WATG’s Board of Directors in 2008.
