Demet Karaoglu

Demet is a landscape architect with experience in varying scales of design, from landscaped gardens to sprawling public realms engrained in mixed-use communities and resorts.

Since joining WATG in 2011, she has been integral in several high-profile master planning and landscape architecture projects, including hotels, golf courses, residential and public parks – both urban and in resort environments – in Europe, Central Asia, Africa and Asia Pacific. She previously worked in landscape construction and urban design, giving her a firm grip on the many facets of the industry.

Demet’s recent design experience spans Bulgaria, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Mauritius and beyond, and includes UK-based competitions including London’s Grosvenor Square, and WATG’s Green Block. She is a Chartered Landscape Architect both in Turkey and the United Kingdom.
