The master plan in this design was to lift and enhance the brand experience while at the same time adhering to the strict guidelines of the community entities such as the Irvine Company, Irvine Spectrum and the Orange County Fire Authority. Brand and building standards met and exceeded.
The approach was to reimagine the style while providing a solution that speaks to the relaxed and informal feel of Orange County. Required functional and recreational elements were designed to seamlessly match in quality, thereby delivering an elevated guest experience.
