Managing Director, E&O Property Development
Over the course of three decades, Dato' Tham has been responsible for numerous prestigious residential developments in Kuala Lumpur as well as the restoration and refurbishment of two historic hotels on Penang island ? the 125-year-old Eastern & Oriental (E&O) Hotel (renovated by WATG) and Lone Pine Hotel. He is also the client behind St. Mary's Mixed-Use Residential and Retail in Kuala Lumpur and Seri Tanjung Pinang, an emerging waterfront community in Penang.

Tom Williams is a senior designer and a LEED-accredited professional based in WATG's Seattle office. He has worked on projects in Hawaii and all over Asia; and, in the last two years, he has been to Vietnam at least 20 times for various projects.
