CHALLENGE The design challenge was to revise the external appearance of the building after construction of the structural frame was underway. The owners wanted to revise the neo classical design to a more contemporary concept, better reflecting the dynamism of this rapidly developing city.

SOLUTION The design was developed using granite base columns, low E glazed curtain wall and soaring roof features. Subtle variations in the façade were designed to break up the mass of the building and LED displays added to create a new vibrant landmark property
