CHALLENGE The challenge was to create a unique resort development using the existing olive groves and dramatic rock formations seamlessly integrated into the overall design.

SOLUTION The design retains the original agricultural trails and the rugged beauty of the site, with homes nestled within the topography, hugging the natural contours of the land. The buildings have been designed to accommodate a luxurious, contemporary lifestyle and attention to the stunning natural landscape of the bay. Each home is positioned to make the most of the dramatic geographical landscape, with large windows and impressive views. The light density of construction creates a private and tranquil retreat. Buildings will use locally-sourced and sustainable materials.
