The Mansion at MGM Grand

CHALLENGE The design challenge was to transport guests to another place, specifically, the Tuscan region of Italy. On a site crowded by urban buildings and unpleasant outward views, 29 spacious and unique villas were to be designed, ensuring the greatest level of privacy, security and comfort.

SOLUTION Design details, colors, finishes, and materials were researched to capture the sense and feel of Tuscany, providing guests with the ambiance and amenities of a mansion and the elegance and exclusivity of an Italian palazzo. All villas are planned to allow guests access to any villa and to the casino without going outdoors.
