St. Mary Residences CBD - KLCC

CHALLENGE The design challenge was to create one of the most sought-after urban residential destinations in Kuala Lumpur, catering to young singles and couples seeking stylish, sophisticated and cosmopolitan lifestyles and residences.

SOLUTION Three towers were designed on the 4.2-acre site (current home to the St. Mary's parish and convent) to afford views of the adjacent park, with boutique retail at the base and luxury two-story penthouse units at the top. The architecture reflects a simple purity of material - as three glass boxes rising from a central garden, with accent stone piers soaring nearly 27 stories to the sky.
