CHALLENGE To design an urban core that will prepare for the future prosperity of the area.

SOLUTION Five residential towers were to designed to help support a growing community. A 355-room hotel was strategically located on a main street with south oriented views, creating a gateway to a sophisticated community with residential, hotel, retail and entertainment components.
