CHALLENGE The design challenge was to create a simple, comfortable and inviting gaming environment that would complement the surrounding area and provide enough flexibility to accommodate change. The client required a casino space for 2,000 slot machines and a bingo/concert hall for 2,000 people.

SOLUTION Two gaming levels were designed to provide the required space for 2,000 machines on one level and the bingo/concert hall on the lower level. A pedestrian bridge connects the upper level of the casino with the parking structure, and elevators connect both gaming floors to an underground VIP parking area. The tribe's cultural motifs were articulated in various areas including the paving and in glass etching on entry doors.
