Roda Beach Club

CHALLENGE A landscape design was needed for a beach club relating to a larger golf residential development which had no beach frontage. An existing building structure dominated the site.

SOLUTION The design seeks to provide interest on a flat site by excavating down to create a primeval landscape character that act as a foil to the retro styling of the existing building. This also provided shelter from the wind and privacy from adjacent roads and residents. The existing building was modernized and integrated into the design.
