CHALLENGE The challenge was to design a five-star luxury hotel in an urban setting that would maximize its prominent location.

SOLUTION A forty-two story contemporary structure was designed to offer panoramic views of the Pearl River. The layout of the hotel allows for effortless access to the nearby international convention and exhibition center, the opera house and national museum.

SIZE 351 guestrooms; 120 serviced apartments; 42 stories

AMENITIES Two restaurants (fine dining and Chinese); spa; fitness center; indoor pool; lobby lounge; two private penthouses with private pools.
