CHALLENGE Transform and expand an aging Holiday Inn into an upscale business hotel that would integrate the glamorous energy of Hollywood with a relaxed sophistication of a four-star hotel.

SOLUTION A 640-room hotel was designed in a contemporary, renaissance style that reflects the excitement of an entertainment complex, and blends with the surrounding urban context of the Los Angeles Metropolis in a boutique style ambiance.
