Promised Land Resort & Lagoon

CHALLENGE The challenge was to design a captivating resort to be built in four phases, centered around lakes and lagoons of all sizes.

SOLUTION The hotel and cottages were designed so that every room overlooks the water. A man-made lagoon, lakes, lush gardens, and bridges are woven throughout the property.

SIZE 15 hectares (37 acres) 750 guestrooms 250 cottages
