CHALLENGE To create a new integrated international destination real estate associated with a five-star resort hotel and marina development.

SOLUTION Water was introduced into the real estate area to create an offering of waterfront properties. Many of these homes have integrated boathouses allowing the owners to reach the main marina through a series of canals. The inspiration for the architectural character is derived from traditional Turkish houses especially those found in the neighboring Dalyan River Estuary and Lakes.
