New Century Nine Dragon Lake Resort

CHALLENGE The design challenge was to create an integrated five-star resort development that combined high-end resort accommodations with serviced apartments, high-rise towers as well as single and multi-family residential units on a 135-acre lakefront site.

SOLUTION The Nine Dragon Lake Development has been skillfully planned to separate the high-end resort development and the residential components from the high-rise towers by siting the towers in a second valley overlooking the resort hotel. The hotel has been designed to be single-loaded with focused lake views. The balance of the residential is located in terraced tea fields that enhance the overall development.
