King George Palace

CHALLENGE Originally built as a small annex to the Greek palace, the King George hotel had been closed for 15 years. The challenge was to renovate the exterior and interior to create a truly first class luxury hotel in Athens.

SOLUTION The design team worked to revitalize the building using a classic style without compromising its history and identity, at the same time equipping it with modern amenities, materials and building systems that guests would expect from a five-star hotel.
