Binh Tien Tourism and Investment Joint Stock Company began to build a five-star tourism complex in Vietnam’s central province of Ninh Thuan on Oct 17. In the first phase, the investor will pour VND2.5 trillion (US$140 million) into the project. U.S.-based WATG, the Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) and Intercontinental Hotels will join hands in the construction. The project is slated for completion in 2012.
