CHALLENGE Transforming the Lagoon Tower to vacation ownership units within the 22-acre Hilton Hawaiian Village, required that its "urban" spaces be given a resort feel.

SOLUTION The $36 million renovation involved gutting and reconstructing every unit and revamping the lobby, elevators and common areas to ensure an open feeling and provide ocean views for the 1-3 bedroom and penthouse accomodations.
