CHALLENGE To provide a premier destination resort that is sustainable and economically viable while keeping in harmony with the natural environment.

SOLUTION The master plan divides the development into separate zones to take advantage of the natural environment in each area and maximize it’s potential for attracting guests. The separate resorts are strategically placed for the best access to and use of the broad crescent beaches, clear ocean waters, gently sloping hills, protected natural harbor and stunning views. Accommodations are villas and low-rise hotel buildings to create a village atmosphere.

SIZE Beach resort zone: 309 acres including five beach resorts with 1,500 hotel units and 155 villa units Marina resort: 340 acres with 3,156 units included within marina harbor, marina resort, lake resort, and activity areas

AMENITIES Beach resort zone: five beach resorts with swimming pool, restaurants, spa, retail shops, meeting and recreation facilities; beach club with beach activities; natural learning center; boat jetty; nature and marine preserve Marina resort zone: marina, beach club, retail shops, restaurants, mini parks, sports learning center with indoor and outdoor sporting facilities, lake and waterways, spa including hot water springs and sea water treatments, marine-related activities
