Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara

CHALLENGE The challenge was to create a luxury level vacation ownership property -- Four Seasons' first -- that would be reflective of the regional vernacular and neighboring Four Seasons hotel, and in harmony with the site's varying topography.

SOLUTION The concept was achieved by producing three unique villages, situated in unison with the site's topography. Consistent with the hotel, the villas share the white stucco and red tile roofs typical of Santa Barbara Mission architecture. Particular emphasis was placed on the layout of the units to maximize the sense of space and openness.
