CHALLENGE The design challenge was to create a world-class facility that would address every aspect of health and wellbeing under one roof. The goal was to develop a unique destination designed exclusively for the purpose of teaching people how to live better, healthier lives.

SOLUTION A six-story structure was designed in a contemporary yet timeless style utilizing brick, stone and glass. A five-star hotel, health and wellness center, full-service spa, and television studio are surrounded by gardens and water features. The spacious rooms and suites were designed in a residential nature with alluring decor, sumptuous fabrics and elegant lighting fixtures

SIZE Site: 11 acres 268 guestrooms (26 suites) 242 typical guestrooms in two color schemes Four color schemes for four different one-bedroom suite types One presidential suite (6-bay with connecting guestroom) 41,500-square-foot spa 26,500-square-foot wellness center 40,000-square-foot TV studio 11,500-square-foot clinic 30,400-square-foot conference center Building area: 476,317 square feet

AMENITIES Conference center with eight meeting rooms and a grand ballroom; Wellpoint health and well-being center with retail outlets and spa café; full-service spa with 24 treatment rooms and four deluxe/private suites; full-size indoor swimming pool; private cabanas and whirlpools; restaurant with Al Fresco patio dining; medical clinic and diagnostic facility; imported Chinese pagoda; function lawn; theme gardens and water features; kid's club
