CHALLENGE The design challenge was to create a master planned, integrated golf development to be the realization of a Mauritian style of development in a truly "place-oriented" resort.

SOLUTION The development was designed as a resort community where residents and tourists of all ages could enjoy a wide variety of leisure activities including dining, shopping, entertainment, and recreation, as well as ecological interaction and education. All facilities and amenities are designed to the highest international standards, employing state-of-the-art design and operations that embrace the latest principles of sustainability.
