CHALLENGE The client's intent is to develop Brazil's first truly international quality destination resort.This resort is located in Northeast Brazil and features unspoiled sandy beachfront plus an extensive natural lagoon and estuary system.

SOLUTION The three-phased resort was planned as five distinct communities - coastal, golf and wetland, sports village, residential and ecological.
