Ameristar St. Charles Casino Hotel

CHALLENGE The design challenge was to convert an existing shell building into a vibrant new entertainment center, and design a new hotel tower to support the new casino facility.

SOLUTION A variety of dynamic restaurants, shops and entertainment venues were designed to complement the casino. In the next phase, a new hotel tower was designed to respect the history of the city of St. Charles and its vernacular of architecture, at the same time identifying itself to the city of St. Louis.
